As a multidisciplinary Creative Director, Lea thrives on turning curiosity into innovation. Her unconventional thinking lets her craft original, holistic concepts which translate into compelling visual stories that exist somewhere between reality and fiction.
Highly connected to the Berlin subculture, her work is rooted in the (streetwear) fashion and lifestyle industry, where she executes her strong creative vision within several fields of design, reaching from creative strategy, brand design, campaign production, set design and styling.
With an academic background in international Fashion & Branding, Lea's creative journey has been marked by elevating young brands from strategy to a compelling visual identity through design and image campaigns.

Until 2019 she took part in repositioning Converse at the center of youth culture. Most recently, in her role as the creative director of Berlin based tech wear label ARYS, she elevated their look and strategy to compete within the market of premium fashion and led the launch of the new identity across various channels. She continues to shape distinctive narratives as a freelance creative director, brand designer and stylist in Berlin.
Since 2023 she is hosting regular Brand Identity Design Workshops and is currently exploring AI as a tool to elevate visual stories.
